Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old. Give accurate account information, keep your password secure, and tell us if you believe someone else is using your account. One person should not create accounts to evade a restriction or disrupt the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Explore25 to

• break the law or another person's rights
• harass, threaten, impersonate, or expose another person
• upload malware or attempt to bypass authentication or limits
• scrape, resell, or commercially exploit the service or provider data
• send content you do not have the right to use

We may restrict or remove an account when reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law, or keep the service secure.

Your content and sharing

You keep any rights you have in content you add. You give Explore25 a limited permission to host, process, and display it only as needed to operate the service. Shared media lists are visible only to accepted friends. Public media links contain catalogue information without the list owner's identity.

Catalogue and provider information

Movie, show, book, map, place, image, and streaming information comes from third-party providers including TMDB and Google services. It may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Explore25 does not guarantee that a title, provider, location, price, or availability result is current. Provider names and content remain subject to their own terms and rights.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided without charge and may change, pause, or end. We use reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

Ending use

You may stop using Explore25 and delete your account from Settings. Account deletion includes account content and linked analytics data. If an external deletion provider is temporarily unavailable, your account remains intact so you can retry safely.

Law, changes, and contact

Spanish law applies, without removing any mandatory rights available where you live. We may update these terms as the service changes. A material update will receive a new date and suitable notice.
